Class Description

Morning Flow is a 45 minute energizing yoga practice. It is a creative sequence of sun salutations and strengthening postures linking breath to movement. Expect to leave feeling grounded, more balanced and ready to meet the day. There is a strong focus on breath, alignment, functional movement and mindfulness. This class is virtual and open to all levels and experience.
